BIG CONGRATULATIONS TO MY SISTER, ANNI!!! I’m so sorry I couldn’t be there to congratulate her in person, but I’m so happy for her and her new fiancee! Hopefully I can help plan from afar…

So.. I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted anything. I haven’t died, just been really busy…. busy GETTING MARRIED!!!
For all who were not able to make it and all who we weren’t able to invite (and those of you who want to relive the memories) here is a slideshow of pictures and a time-lapsed video of the whole event.
I’m so happy to be married to my bestfriend! Can’t wait to take on the world together!
I missed last week’s edition of Wedding Wednesday. Apologies for that. I had a post in mind, but didn’t have all the information needed to put it up. This week I finally put the finishing touches on our wedding website. Check it out by clicking on the snapshot below.
Minh and I are blessed with some pretty awesome friends. They’re all incredibly nice and helpful and usually fun to be around.. and as a bonus, they’re well connected. Take for instance our engagement photos… Minh’s groomsman Chris N. hooked us up with his friend Robert Yee for an engagement photography shortly after we got engaged. We finally got around to scheduling an appointment with Robert, and had our e-session last Tuesday (July 19). Robert is incredibly talented, and also super nice and easy to work with.

Here are some of my favorites from the shoot…
One of the first tasks I’m trying to knock out early for the wedding is the color palette. Not an easy task for someone who pretty much loves every color known to man… even split pea soup can work in the right situation. I’ve narrowed it down pretty much to the following color schemes (Thanks to Inspiration Daily by Ez over at Creature Comforts… LOVE that blog!). You can see the general colors I’m going for… should be FUN!
I’m hoping these will work well with the venue…
