I was really bad with blogging in 2012. All excuses aside.. here’s a quick recap as we step into 2013…
January
Celebrated the first New Year’s in our house!
Had Lunar New Year (Tết) with the family! There are family pictures somewhere…

Spent two weeks in England for work and got a weekend in London.

Weekend with Sprocket in Palm Springs

“Competed” in and completed the 2nd Orangeman Triathlon.. which taught me that even though you CAN complete a triathlon without training, it is definitely not recommended.

Tried my hand at floral arranging.. decided not to quit my day job.

Florist for a day.. I’m now a pro at pommanders.
… and hung out in Vegas with my favorite sister!

Hosted our first Christmas – for 23 people (+ the flu) in our tiny house!

And here at the beginning of 2013, I can say that while 2012 had it’s great moments (like getting MARRIED), it had a rather sad end. I know that Ba Ngoai is in heaven now watching down on all of us, but I already miss her very much.

Looking forward into this year, I know that 2013 has A LOT in store for me and Minh. Adventures are waiting for us just around the corner, and I’m very excited to see what’s in store for us.. . Stay tuned for a sneak peak …
