Salisbury Cathedral

I’ve been wanting to visit Salisbury Cathedral for a while. Aside from being jut a beautiful cathedral, it has the tallest church spire in the UK and is home to the best preserved original copy of the Magna Carta (only four remain).

Unfortunately, while the cathedral is very beautiful, the Magna Carta was less impressive. Granted it’s a very old document (written in 1215) and it was in great condition, the whole exhibition that kept it was not as grand as I was expecting. I was expecting something on the level of the Rotunda for the Charters of Freedom, where they keep the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. But it was still cool to see, and I can now cross it off my list.
